We are a small specialty coffee shop and roastery located in Paris. We aim to provide a unique coffee experience. We have 15 seats at the bar, no takeaway cups, no sugar, nor pastries, because we believe a good coffee deserves to be tasted while taking its time and as it is, to best taste the terroir. Despite these few little rules, our goal is to make you happy and to share our passion about coffee, in a very friendly atmosphere. We roast our own coffees in the back of the shop on a Loring S7. Volumes are small, for we focus on quality and consistency. On our shelves, you will find our coffees plus some equipments and accessories to brew coffee yourself at home.

This washed Ethiopian coffee bursts with tropical fruit intensity and complex sweetness, and has way more going on than your normal Ethiopian. The aroma is punchy and clean with mango, passion fruit, citrus, and floral notes, underpinned by musty white grape. The flavor follows with juicy mango, bright citrus, and crisp, lemony acidity on the finish. Lighter body, soft mouthfeel, and exceptional sweetness make this one of the better (maybe top 3?) Ethiopians this year.
