Since its birth in 2015, the STOW roastery and our commitment to change the culture of coffee drinking represent a different way of offering coffee on the market. We buy hand-harvested coffee directly from farmers and cooperatives of small farmers. We treat coffee as a seasonal fruit, so we also roast it in order to get unique flavors from it. After roasting, we offer it freshly roasted in a cup, when the coffee reaches the peak of its own taste and freshness. Our selection of coffees changes seasonally, and it is precisely this diverse selection of flavors that we want to offer you.
