This was my first Chinese coffee, and I really enjoyed it. Super complex, flavors changing on my tongue throughout a drink and even as the temperature cooled. It was bright, fruity, acidity, and fun. I would drink this one again.
Consistent flavor profile with classic qualities of a lighter roast: flavorful, bright, lightly tart, with a nice acidity. Very enjoyable for sipping!
Lightly flavored, low aroma, with a bit of a lively citrus undertone. It did not have cocoa and caramel flavors as advertised on the package, so I will need to revisit with another tasting.
