A super smooth Ethiopian. Thought roasted to medium (light medium?) it's still your trademark peach/black/tea Ethiopian with a lot of natural sweetness and a medium body.Cupping Method:At Black Fox Coffee in New York, as part of their rotating filter coffee. It's made in a fairly large quantity at once from what I gather (not pourover).
