RØST [roast] is a small bakery with Scandinavian influences in the heart of Tallinn in the Rotermann quarter in the historic Nisuveski building. We make deep-flavored sourdough breads based on natural sourdough , pastries for every taste, and delicious and interesting sandwiches . Alongside all this, we offer coffee drinks made from beans that come from the best micro-roasteries both in Estonia and elsewhere.
