We are a specialty coffee roasting company located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We source responsibly and selectively. We choose fair trade options where relevant, lean towards the natural and organic and favor family, co-op and female producers. We choose to avoid direct trade. We find beans that we love, use conscientious importers to procure them, and roast them to perfection.
