Probador Colectiva is a project focused on coffee education and coffee production in international norms. Behind the project is Çağatay Gülabioğlu, the founder of Kronotrop, which is the first example of the new generation coffee shops in Turkey, and who has achieved many firsts in this field. Gülabioğlu, who has international quality and trainer certificates in coffee (both Q Grader, the most important certificate in coffee, and AST, which is the authorized trainer certificate given by SCA-Specialty Coffee Association-, which is the largest and umbrella organization in the world- also in Turkey in 2015-2017. He has won Coffee Roasting Championships and participated in World Championships. Probador Colectiva aims to make three main contributions to the coffee sector, which has gained momentum in recent years and is still developing and has a deficit in many points: Ethical trade and ensuring everyone's access to quality green coffee, which is the right agricultural product; presenting these coffees as roasted and of course coffee trainings/consulting.
