    I'd compare this to passable medium roast hotel coffee. It's not as astringent or vegetal as some of the catimors i had this year. The depth of the chocolate flavor on the front of the palate is pretty good. It has a nice molasses, natural sweetness. chocolate on the finish, but still slightly vegetal.

The specialty coffee industry in Vietnam has been gaining traction in recent years, with its Robusta coffee making its way into third-wave coffee shops and retail markets, driven in part by its diaspora. While more than 90% of coffee produced in Vietnam is robusta, they also produce some specialty-grade Arabica coffee. Vietnam's Central Highlands are a highly productive plateau for coffee plants.
