Pirkanmaan Paahtimo

Pirkanmaa Paahtimo's roots go back to 2007 and the roastery opened under the name Fresh Coffee in Toijala, where a used Probat roaster was acquired after Peters Coffee ceased operations. In 2010, the roastery operations moved to Onkiniemi in Tampere, where a fire stopped roasting at the end of 2011. The roastery operation moved to Patamäenkatu in Sarankulma to Wigren's sausage factory premises and will continue under the power of the new Probat roaster as Pirkanmaa Roastery. In the spring of 2013, the roastery operations merged with Cafe Solo Oy, which has been operating in Pori Puuvilla since 2005. Cafe Solo Oy also operates Pori Paahtimo's coffee roastery and Camionette coffee truck
