    I'm not totally sure how to score this, so I'm just basing it on how much I like it. I'm a big fan of Pigeon Cove Ferments, and grab their Kombuchas from time to time. It's pretty good.

    It has some really nice attributes actually! Has sort of a cola character and not mushroomy. The tartness/acidity is nice overall. After the initial bite of acidity, it sort of tastes like a coffee tonic and is pretty refreshing.

    And way better than some of the god awful mushroom based drinks with an artificial sweetener that are on the market.
