To start my day I tried One Line Coffee-Short North's (from Columbus OH) Honduras La Cueva. It is an Anaerobic natural processed. The tasters notes say jackfruit, dark honey, molasses, and boysenberry. As you can expect from a anaerobic natural it is untraditional with spikes of flavor. I taste the molasses, dark honey, and some fruit like raisin or prune. It has a medium light silky body with a pleasant linger. If you are in Columbus I would give it a try.
