In 2011, we started our first location at Bjølsen, a small delicatessen and restaurant. The aim was to create a place where small producers could get a platform, until they were big enough to get into grocery or in more places. A springboard for Nordic food and Nordic ingredients. Based on this, we got our main focus, which is: We believe food should be bought from the person who prepares the food. Be it the farmer, the cheese factory or the juice factory. We think it's healthier, we know it's more environmentally friendly and we promise it tastes better. Today, we roast our own coffee, bake pastries with ingredients from local suppliers and make fresh food both delivered to your company and at our coffee shops in the city.
