Incredibly smooth mouthfeel. Strong but balanced jasmine florality. A starfruit and apricot acidity that is subtle. Not really tart though, more medium in acidity. Simple syrup sweetness that is light but present.Cupping Method:18:1, 92C on v60. Only had 20g sample.

I definitely get a watermelon jolly rancher thing going on here. A lot of natural sweetness and very pleasant medium mouthfeel. A touch of jasmine green tea. Hard to stop drinking! Sensational Ethiopian. Notes - perfectly brewed English breakfast tea, blueberry, fresh red cherries. Very sweet and silky smooth. Lavender florality. One of the best coffees I've had this year.Cupping Method:18:1 92C on v60

This roast has a strong, full flavor. It has a classic-feeling chocolatey caramel presentation with an appealing nuttiness. There is a nice acidity, adding to the sweetness and complexity.Cupping Method:Vietnamese drip, cream with no sweetener

An appealing chocolate forward cafe style espresso with great depth in the chocolate character. Very versatile for warm and hot drinks and a tasty espresso. Pulls a stiff medium crema. There's a little bit of plum and nuttiness. Lots of natural, sweetness, and overall quite enjoyable.Cupping Method:I got this coffee with four other espresso from Revolver. I used it as a versatile espresso for doing many things.

I had 3 cracks at this one, and each time I got something akin to a very strongly brewed black tea. It has a silky mouthfeel and good balance. I just didn't get a second or third trait that really stood out. It's a little lavender and ruby red grapefruit when it cooled. -
