Moka Coffee Roasters started in 2009 out of a passion for and curiosity about the bean. Father and Son owned business now run by daughter-in- law is the quintessential family business. And at its core: the love for the perfectly and freshly roasted cup of Joy …err, Java… cup of Java After retiring from Corporate insurance, Theunis Delport decided to explore his lifelong love affair with coffee and so he imported the Dietrich coffee roaster. After much reading and research, he stared roasting from home for his family and friends, and by word of mouth we grew into where we are today: a roastery in Cape Garden Centre, Western Cape, where we roast from, sell from and can drink from.
