Mariposa Coffee Roasters

The journey began in 2018 with the opening of its own cafe. We realized that we have practically no knowledge about coffee, so we started attending training courses for baristas abroad. We found that it is very difficult to get good coffee in our country and even more difficult to prepare good coffee in a cafe. Therefore, due to the desire for new knowledge about coffee, we joined the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) community. The acquired knowledge impressed us so much that we embarked on a joint business trip to explore coffee. In 2020, we opened our own coffee roastery under the name Mariposa Coffee Roasters, where we offer seasonal coffee of the highest quality in the specialty coffee class, and now we are happy to share our experience with others.
