Maps Coffee Roasters

βloc is the exciting end result of a chocolate maker and coffee roaster playing with his food. It's made like chocolate, looks like chocolate, but it's not chocolate at all. Our original recipe is simply roasted Maps Coffee beans, cocoa butter, and turbinado. We make it the same way we make our chocolate: refined in house, hand poured, and hand wrapped. We're proud of this surprising and indulgent creation! βloc is great for any journey! We've had customers bake with it (βlocolate chip cookies, anyone?), take it on camping trips, pop it in their purses for errands, and finish cocktails with shavings of it. βloc inspires creativity, and we love to see yours.
