Dark trip with appealing aroma. Good depth of the chocolate flavor and caramel sweetness. A touch cherry and a touch oaky middle of the palate and a chocolate linger on the finish.Cupping Method:Drip from the Levain in Boston Seaport. Brewed/served quite hot.
