A very cleanly roasted coffee that drinks smooth and low acid. Wonderful rich chocolate aroma on the grind. Id like a little more acidity/fruitiness but the trade-off is a fair deal - extremely smooth.Cupping Method:Cold brew and pourover

As a cold brew, this roast presented as bright, acidic, and woody with a touch of sweetness. However, I did not like how the acidity lingered languidly at the finish.Cupping Method:cold brew
