Solid espresso that drinks closer to a light roast. Nice crema, maybe a bit long in terms of extraction volume. Dark, bittersweet chocolate notes plus blackberry and lime fruitiness. Some will find this too acidic but I drink on the lighter side and found it within bounds.

This flat white was fine. Australian style cafe so maybe expectations were too high. Nice latte art and good foam!

Editor's Overview

A charming Aussie style cafe/brunch place near Hudson Yards in New York City. The food is excellent for this type of fare, while the coffee is solid. They seem to have a house roast done by an Australian roaster.
