As the second most traded commodity in the world, ( 1st is crude oil) coffee production takes an extraordinary amount of human effort where the majority of coffee growing regions are impoverished. Every pound of coffee we source has a story and we pass that information along to you. We strategically partner with importers who ethically source coffee. We also make it a priority to offer “Project Coffee” that helps improve the quality of life for coffee producers. Light, medium, dark…how do you roast your coffee? We get this question a lot and the simple answer is we roast a variation of all three. Roasting is less about the color of the bean and more about the development that takes place in the roasting process. Some origins really shine in a light roast while many sing as a medium roast. We even offer a dark roast for the cream and sugar crowd. Simply put, we roast each batch of coffee to it’s fullest potential.
