Groundstate Coffee Roasters, located in Dublin’s Liberties district, is a specialty coffee roastery focused on sustainability and quality. Founded by Andy and Mark, the roastery sources single-origin beans from small producers and roasts on-site to highlight the unique characteristics of each coffee. Groundstate combines a passion for craft with environmental responsibility, planting native Irish trees to offset their carbon footprint and creating a coffee experience rooted in both quality and community.
