Good Times Coffee Roasters

Our journey began in Sydney, Australia, where in 2013 we experienced true gastronomy for the first time, namely cafe life. It didn't take long and a new passion was born. After more than two years of working in the best cafes in Sydney, we had the idea to return to Slovakia and open something of our own. After returning in 2015, when the labor market was on the rise in Bratislava, we opened our cafe. After several months of searching for a quality supplier of premium coffee, we decided to start roasting our own coffee. We were so fascinated by coffee roasting that we immediately knew it was the right choice for us. As the months passed, more and more interesting microlotteries were added to the offer, and with it many satisfied customers. From the beginning, we roasted on a small scale, a one and a half kilo manual roaster, which over time, under the onslaught of orders and empty grinders, was replaced by a big sister in the form of a semi-automatic twelve kilo one. With new technology, we are able to push the quality of the final product to a new level, thanks to which you can enjoy the best that the given coffee has to offer in your cup.
