We believe roasting high quality green beans create a great tasting coffee. We source green Robusta beans from our country grown in Mondulkiri Province using direct trade. We go directly to the origin to meet both Khmer and indigenous coffee growers, talk to them, tour their farms and discuss an agreement face-to-face. Through Direct Trade model, we can ensure all of the prices we pay go straight into their hands and we can encourage them to continue to grow coffee. Beside our country grown coffee, we source green Arabica & Robusta beans from our neighboring countries including Laos, Indonesia and Vietnam. We are also the very first coffee roaster to ever source specialty green coffee beans from Latin America such as Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia. Green Coffee beans are roasted and packaged by entirely young Cambodians in Cambodia 100%.
