    The best coffee I've had in 2025? Easy. A flat white from a tucked-away spot in Lisbon called Fábrica Coffee Roasters. The beans were locally roasted, the atmosphere was calm but buzzing and the espresso was perfectly balanced with just the right edge of bitterness.
