Independent from the beginning, their family's goal was to establish a unique coffee experience by being involved in every step of production. By forming direct trade partnerships with farmers, roasting on-site in Lisbon, and offering a variety of extraction methods, they pride themselves on delivering a remarkable experience to each of their customers.

The best coffee I've had in 2025? Easy. A flat white from a tucked-away spot in Lisbon called Fábrica Coffee Roasters.
