Cupping Method:Equator Coffee kiosk in Terminal A of Logan Airport. Service a little bit disorganized and slow (missed my order). Rating solely based on coffee.

Cupping Method:Berkshire Farms in Boston Logan Airport
Smooth, balanced, nice mouthfeel, good crema, but a bit short on interesting flavor notes. Not bad at all for airport espresso. I get a touch of that robusta streak but it's not too bad.
Flavorful espresso with massive crema and nice depth of flavor. Rich chocolate, spice, and definitely the cedar note mentioned by the roaster, but presented in a way that's very pleasant. Has some complexity and evolves in the palate. One of the better airport espressos I can remember.
I had a cup to go of Equator's drip coffee at the kiosk in Boston Logan's airport. I noted that it was solid, very chocolate-driven but with some fruitiness. There's a slight wood/spice that's perhaps cedar, but not in a bad way.
