Divi Tree Coffee opened its doors on October 27, 2017 and they haven't looked back. Owners, Joe and Maylon Torrisi are a local love story. Joe, your favorite neighborhood barkeep, relied on caffeine to maintain his bubbly personality. Day in and day out, in need of a java fix, he would visit his favorite barista, eventually visiting simply for the conversation, and soon a beautiful relationship formed. Now happily married, they turned their mutual passion into a brewing business they are happy to share with the community. From the beginning, "we knew Point Pleasant was where we belonged." The beautiful woodwork, cozy seating, tons of windows and the view of bustling Bridge Avenue immediately created what many now refer to as Divi Tree's "vibe." The shop has become a neighborhood staple - from local students to business meetings to families grabbing a treat - you are bound to meet a neighbor or friend in our shop. Now, you can find them in the kitchen making breakfast or behind the counter mixing up lattes.
