Anticipating the demand and opportunity in the specialty coffee industry, Shane Murphy opened his first drive thru location in Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1993. The business quickly exploded and since the opening of our flagship location, we have continued to grow and add multiple locations throughout the southeastern Idaho region. Adding a variety of healthy smoothies, protein shakes, energy drinks, teas, and flavored soda beverages to our menu created a wave of new customers that were not previously being reached. Developing a foundation of being people oriented, quality conscious, and having a blast while doing it, we have implemented a proven system that keeps our customers coming back. Over time, Java Espress has truly proven to be the perfect blend of coffee, REAL fruit smoothies, protein shakes, high power energy drinks, and a plethora of flavored soda beverages.
