Through coffee relationships & visiting farms in coffee growing regions, we form lasting partnerships that ensure a fair price and a high quality product. We roast coffee 7 days a week to ensure maximum freshness for both our retail and wholesale customers. The Green Restaurant Association has certified us a 3 star green restaurant, and our coffee has won several awards, including second place in America’s Best Espresso 2013.

Thick, complex espresso with massive creamy. Excellent depth of flavor in chocolate, earthiness, walnut, and blackberry. Might come in too earthy for some. Also quite a bit of bright acidity for this style of roast. Very enjoyable.Cupping Method:Double espresso at Tarrytown Cafe. They have a Marzocco machine.
