I didn't dislike this as much as my wife did, but I think it's towards the bottom of the many specialty Ethiopians I had this year. It is definitely a little woody and herbal but it also has some nice peach and floral character. Perhaps some black tea and honeydew as well. It was definitely not as good as the Sey Ethiopian we cupped it side-by-side with.Cupping Method:Leaderboard S16, coffee #4. Hario v60, 18:1, 197F

Leaderboard blind tasting.
Smooth attractive beans. I got caramel, chocolate, orange. Nicely balanced coffee. Good but not great depth of flavor, and best Ethiopian notes did not jump out at me here. -
