Ironically, our story began with an ending. Last 2017, a well-established coffee shop and roastery in Quezon City decided to close its doors. It was a sad day for our owner and his partners, since the coffee shop has grown to become a haven for coffee lovers in and around the city, as well as the ideal place for locals who prefer to hold meetings on neutral ground. Good thing our owner's passion of good coffee is just as robust as the beans he roasts, so he decided it was time to turn a new page by opening CHAPTER COFFEE ROASTERY AND CAFE the same year in its newfound home along Maginhawa Street in Quezon City.
