Some good coffee this morning, brought back from Washington. Interesting roaster and shop, three generations of the Bizzarri family focusing on authentic Italian coffee. This one was one of their few light roasts. It is a great blend of Ethiopian and South American coffees. Very smooth, a little nutty and a little chocolate with a nice sweetness. -
