The coffee roaster is tasked with the dubious honor of orchestrating an untarnished journey from bean selection and consistency in roasting each small batch of specialty grade coffee, to equipment and training. Believe it or not, most of the disposable cups, straws, and utensils used in many cafes are not biodegradable because they are made with petroleum. We have committed to serving our customers using only compostable products that are made with non-harmful organic plant materials.
