Very authentic Middle Eastern/Turkish coffee with good smoothness and depth/boldness of chocolate notes. Takes spices well as a platform rather than star of show. Imagine this would work fine as dark roast espresso but is part of the authentic story in Turkish coffee at a Lebanese or Palestinian cafe.Cupping Method:I have this as Turkish coffee at Cafe Yafa in Natick, MA.
