I had this as espresso during my last trip to Toronto. It had great aroma and crema but was a little bit one note.

Aegis Brands Inc. has reached an agreement to sell its Bridgehead coffee division to Pilot Coffee Roasters for a sum of $3.5 million.
Aegis Brands also manages St. Louis Bar and Grill and Wing City by St. Louis, in addition to Bridgehead.
Steven Pelton, the CEO of Aegis Brands, mentioned that this transaction will contribute to the growth of the St. Louis brand.
Based in Toronto, Pilot Coffee Roasters specializes in coffee roasting and operates as an online retailer, wholesaler, and cafe owner.
The completion of the sale is anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
Aegis plans to use the proceeds from the sale to lower its debt and for purposes related to general working capital.
