Solid Colombian drip that's representative of what you expect from a medium roast of this type. Chocolate, then a big hit of nuttiness. Would benefit from a touch more acidity, but it's pretty smooth. Liked it a little more actually than the "Regular" roast.Cupping Method:Drip from Donelan's Market in Lincoln, MA
