We opened an artisanal roastery in Carouge where our small team of dedicated roasters works to match the profiles of the green coffee beans we import with a roast that brings out the best characteristics of the crop in your cup. We are focused on providing outstanding coffee for our cafes and also sell our roasted whole beans online and in our shops, where you can request one of our baristas to grind the beans for you to the desired size. If you can't make it to one of our shops, Boreal beans are available in limited retail distribution at Globus. In the future, we want to work with partners on a wholesale basis to supply and support businesses that aim to serve the highest quality possible. Our goal is to rebrand Geneva's coffee culture, associating it with words like 'amazing, artisanal, and delicious' and make our roasts recognised internationally.
