We seek out the best coffees we can find and we hope you enjoy every sip. We put positive energy into what we do and we hope you can find a bit of inspiration for the things you love in every cup you drink. Coffee is personal. It is communal. It fires up our brains and has magic. We hope when it reaches your cup it can inspire your whole day. We work with trusted farms, coops, and importers to ensure that our coffees have a positive impact on the communities where we source our coffee. And here in Missoula, we start our employees at $13/hour (who also earn an average of an additional $7/hour in tips), offer on the job professional barista training, paid sick leave to all employees, and a matching contribution to a simple IRA. We want to ensure that everyone in communities that grow our coffee and serve our coffee are positively impacted by our coffee, and we contribute to numerous community groups throughout Montana to that end.
