Coffee for the Big Apple is roasted by the Novosibirsk company Enthusiasm Coffee, founded by multiple winners of professional coffee championships. Among their achievements is the first place in the Russian coffee roasting championship and the sixth in the world. They find the most interesting coffees from all over the world and select the appropriate roast level for them so that the taste of each variety is revealed in the best way when brewed.
