This Pink Bourbon is a standout, bordering on a cheat code for any coffee advent calendar where I think the roaster goal should be showing off against others. Loved Belleville last year in the Revolver Advent as well.
Very appealing fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is luxurious, with a juicy profile that keeps you reaching for more. Its flavor complexity unfolds beautifully, with pink lemonade takes center stage, complemented by a subtle blueberry note.
The finish lingers sweetly, delivering a burst of ruby red grapefruit balanced by a touch of brown sugar.

This was a pretty interesting coffee, figgy, a bit lactic, a ton of different berry and citrus notes, plus both chocolate and black tea. V really liked it, which I thought was interesting because Kenyan is normally more my thing than hers. But I think this does drink a bit more like a Colombian in a lot of ways. I would not have guessed a washed Kenyan, that's for sure. But very enjoyable!Cupping Method:Revolver Advent. Hario v60 pourover, 205 degrees F.

Heavy on the chocolate and raw walnut up front but with a crisp orange mango on the back side. My wife thought it was bitter but I enjoyed it.Cupping Method:Revolver Advent Calendar. 17:1, 93C on Hario v60
