Bason Coffee Roasting

We started roasting specialty in 2006 in small batches as a way to have fresh roasted coffee for ourselves. After a meeting with Pastor Rob Caminity, he spoke of how much different fresh roasted coffee tasted. He was right and the obsession grew as friends also enjoyed our quickly expanding hobby. In 2011, Bason Coffee Roasting was formed after we realized that a commercial roaster was needed to keep up with the demand. Our third bay garage was quickly turned into our roastery, production, and warehousing area. The end of 2012 was so busy for us that we had to buy a weigh and fill machine which was a tremendous help in filling bags from 2 to 16 ounces faster and with more accuracy. We purchased an Action Pac model, which is made in the USA, and allows us to fill orders faster and ship them out to you quicker. One of the keys to our success is working with very reputable importers that source coffees from all over planet Earth. Because of our network of importers, we can offer coffees that are Fair Trade, organically grown, shade grown and bird friendly. This enables you to know that you are receiving quality coffee that you can trust to have been well sourced and that will taste awesome.
