Excellent coffee, on the other hand, is rocket research. We are talking about particle sizes, extraction times, redistribution tools, TDS values, anaerobically fermented coffees and pre-wetting. In this area, too, we are happy to be there for our customers and advise them on how to get a few percent more out of their coffee. Our philosophy is to produce what we feel is the best coffee in the world, if possible in organic quality from fairly paid coffee farmers we know, appropriately roasted, i.e. adapted to the desired purpose, as fresh as possible without tricks such as adding water or sugar , sell and enjoy.
