A bit uneven looking roast. Super smooth. Black tea, white peach. Just the slightest touch of grapefruit but not bitter. Super easy drinking. Very clean finish.Cupping Method:Hario v60 dripper

Good, fairly smooth blend. Lots of chocolate notes and some orange zest. A slight unpleasant woody/bitter tone 3/4 of the way through. Angels Cup blind tasting.Cupping Method:Hario v60 pourover
