Barista said this was their espresso blend and didnt seem to have any details. So while they had bags for sale I couldnt match it. Great medium dark roast. Balanced, caramel, bittersweet, a pleasant smokiness.Cupping Method:At Tame Rabbit in Chagrin Falls. Honestly it was a bit of a mess there

I asked for the lightest roast pourover, had to ask them twice what roast they used, then I was told Brazil. There were many bags on the shelf but didnt see Brazil so I dont have much on it. Its a decent cup of coffee with chocolate notes. Low acidity and complexity and a slightly rubbery flavor mid-palate.Cupping Method:Pourover at Tame Rabbit in Chagrin Falls, OH

Remade lavender latte which didnt work at all in the same cup. Its ok.
