Very good espresso blend with as promised red delicious apple, caramel, baking spice, blackberry and poached pear. Syrupy mouthfeel. Big mid-palate dark chocolate. Earthy, walnutty, spicy finish. Not the cleanest finish as espresso but I'd imagine you could make some great milk drinks with this.Cupping Method:Espresso at SOTE Upper West Side.

Very good espresso blend with as promised red delicious apple, caramel, baking spice, blackberry and poached pear. Syrupy mouthfeel. Big mid-palate dark chocolate. Earthy, walnutty, spicy finish. Not the cleanest finish as espresso but I'd imagine you could make some great milk drinks with this.
