There was a lot to like about this coffee, with chocolate and some orange definitely present. It's organic and the roaster gives off a good vibe.
It has a relatively subtle but clear raw walnut note in the middle. I consider that neutral, but some might not. There's also some woodiness towards the tail end of the palate that I think definitely detracts.
