Lovely medium dark roast. Great depth of bittersweet dark chocolate note that lingers through the palate. Smoke and a slight hint of bergamot on the palate. Nice crema and mouthfeel. A little plum jam and well-balanced.Cupping Method:At Nirvana shop in Barnstable. Double espresso.
