Solid, easy to drink espresso at this Spanish bakery with good caramel notes and complexity on the low side. Their bread and pastries are excellent, and they seem to have a popular coffee program as well, that includes some of their espresso being sold as branded capsules.Cupping Method:Double while picking up pastries
