Has a tamarindy overtone through with a bit of hazelnut and maybe slightly orange-rindy. Something in between black tea and chocolate as well. I think this is OK but I probably wouldn't order it again. Acidity and structure is pretty well balanced. I'm just not wild about any of the taste characteristics as drip. I actually had another coffee, a Honduras from Phil & Sebastian's as espresso that had similar character. So I do wonder if this would work as espresso.
