This is a fun coffee. Don't know if the "Dynamic Cherry" processing plants the seed that this will taste like cherries, but it sure does remind me of luxardo cherries. It's very sweet. I would love one brighter more tart note. This is very smooth, sweet, with just a touch of that watermelon-ish natural funk.
